At iResourceShop, we take pride in offering limited, 1-of-1 winter jackets and curated outerwear collections. Because our items are sourced, packaged, and shipped specifically for each order, all sales are final.


Final Sale Policy


All products purchased from iResourceShop are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or refunds unless an item arrives with a manufacturing defect.


We do not accept returns for:




  • Change of mind



  • Incorrect size selection



  • Color preference



  • General dissatisfaction



  • Delayed delivery caused by shipping carriers or customs



  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear, or customer handling



Defective or Damaged Items


If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:




  • Your order number



  • Photos and videos showing the issue



  • The original packaging



Once verified, we will offer one of the following based on availability:




  • A replacement of the same style



  • A repair solution



  • Store credit



  • A partial refund (case-by-case)



We do not accept returns to our warehouse.

If a return is required for inspection, we will provide instructions.


Lost or Stolen Packages


iResourceShop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages marked “delivered” by the carrier. You must file a claim with the shipping provider.
